
GROUP TRAINING
Group training is dynamic and motivating.
Group training offers many of the benefits of individualized training at a more affordable cost, allowing you to share sessions with 2-5 clients per trainer. Our programs include resistance training, high-intensity cardio, and interval training, all designed to meet your shared fitness goals without compromising quality. All groups must be formed by the client and everyone must have an assessment completed before start of training.
