Adrian Blandford
Hi, I’m Adrian Blandford, a trainer with 20+ years of experience in the training field with a bachelor degree in exercise science and hundreds of hours of experience in a physical therapy setting. I am dedicated to keeping up with the latest scientific research on exercise physiology. I work with all fitness levels from beginners to athletes of all ages. Through creative workouts, I provide clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical and mental health. I’m passionate about motivating and inspiring people to push their boundaries, focus on long term goals, and gain strength and mobility to increase longevity and decrease limitations in order to live life to the fullest.
Joe Blandford
Joe is an experienced fitness and strength training coach who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. He combines proper technique, customized programs, with a focus on mobility and injury prevention. Whether you are a beginner seeking to build foundational strength, an athlete aiming for performance improvement, or someone looking to stay strong as you age, Joe provides personalized coaching tailored to each individual’s needs.
You will find Joe currently leading our circuit training classes with creative and affective workouts for overall strength, function, and conditioning.
Casey Farrell
Meet our new instructor, Casey Farrell! Casey has always been passionate about staying active, whether through soccer, running, Pilates, or yoga. In 2022, she faced a life-changing challenge when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After her recovery in late 2023, she found Sweat Therapy, which completely transformed her approach to fitness. Going from feeling her weakest to discovering a love for strength training, she was inspired to deepen her knowledge and become a certified personal trainer. Now, Casey is excited to help others build both physical and mental resilience through fitness.
