Welcome to Sweat Therapy! These three easy steps will get you started in no time.

1. Register with Sweat Therapy

Create a customer account on TeamUp, by clicking the “Book Now” link on the website. Here you'll be able to sign up for a TeamUp account.

2. Book an Assessment

Once you’ve logged into your TeamUp account, navigate to the ‘Appointments’ section of your account in the top taskbar. Click on ‘Book Now’ for the ‘Personal Training Assessment’. Choose a day and time that works best for you and book your assessment! Please note, that everyone who wants to get started at Sweat Therapy will need to have an assessment before participating in private, partner, or group personal training. If you want to attend a class, contrast therapy, or use the gym you can move on to the next step.

3. Book your fitness

After completing your assessment, explore the many ways we can support your fitness journey by clicking on the “Book Now” button on the website. On your TeamUp account you will find four main ways to start sweating:

  • Schedule: This section allows you to view the group fitness schedule and reserve your spot in any classes and post-class sauna & cold plunge sessions you'd like to join in the upcoming weeks.

  • Memberships: This section allows you to see all the different memberships available to you including month-to-month memberships, class packages, and wellness memberships.

  • Appointments: Once you’ve purchased your membership or package, click over to “Appointments” and book your training sessions, gym sessions, or contrast therapy.
